About the team
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Partnerships to join the team to lead our FMCG & Beauty, Consumer Goods and Emerging Brands team. The Head of Partnerships will develop and lead the sales strategy to drive growth across their assigned verticals. As a senior leader, the Head of Partnerships will also provide day-to-day leadership to their team of Industry Leads and Client Partners.
Overview of the opportunity
Our Head of Partnerships will act as the ambassador responsible for building TikTok's reputation within the market. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about their dedicated verticals and accounts within these verticals, and is proficient in high-level strategic thinking and market enablement. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has deep experience leading through influence.
Responsibilities
- Enhance TikTok's relationship with key advertisers, with a focus on developing relationships at the c-suite level.
- Lead a team to exceed revenue and growth goals.
- Work closely with Industry Leads to define brand account plans to unlock investments and to drive key performance metrics.
- Create persuasive sales narratives to help the team leverage market trends and case studies to position TikTok positively.
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning.
- Design and execute both scaled and focused market engagement tactics.
- Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to guide organisational efforts towards stronger business outcomes that reflect market needs.
