About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong technical and scripting expertise to design, develop, and support ITSM modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and automation using best coding practices.
You will partner with PMO and IT teams, ensuring our portfolio management operations platform is optimized, integrated seamlessly evolving finance business needs
Skillset and Responsibilities:
ITSM Implementation & Support
Configure and customize ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.
Design and maintain workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Implement Service Catalog and Record Producers.
Handle integrations with third-party systems.
Development & Coding
Develop client-side and server-side scripts:
Business Rules
Script Includes
Client Scripts
UI Policies
UI Actions
Write optimized JavaScript for ServiceNow platform.
Develop REST/SOAP integrations.
Create custom applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Performance & Quality
Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Optimize scripts for performance.
Debug and troubleshoot issues.
Perform unit testing and code reviews.
Documentation & Collaboration
Prepare technical documentation.
Work closely with stakeholders and business teams.
Support UAT and production deployments.
Provide training and knowledge transfer.
Technical Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM.

Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST).

4 year and more IT experience and in ServiceNow
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
