Manager for SAP BTP RAP ABAP; must have the following:

Architect and design end-to-end SAP ABAP solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and provide guidance on complex issues.
Stay updated with SAP innovations and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Exp Level : 10+ Years

Minimum two S4 HANA implementation experience and with MM/FI/SD/PM/QM knowledge. Should have work on the latest S4 releases.
Experience on S4Hana Public/ Private cloud Implementation.
Knowledge of ECC, S4Hana, ABAP on Hana, Classical ABAP, ABAP on Cloud/ Restful Application Programming or CAPM.
Knowledge on BTP and its offerings.
Conceptual understanding of Gen AI, Joule Studio, SAP RISE/ GROW.
Good Communication skills.
Experience on client facing roles and stakeholder management.
Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language (RAP), IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC.
Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) and Side by Side Extensibility (Preferred).
