Roles & responsibilities
•Create the document structure according to RFx requirements and collaborate with onshore engagement teams to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the requirements•Quickly grasp the objectives for proposals and presentations and identify the requirements for the KGS Pursuit Support team to ensure successful outcomes•Create and maintain standard presentations and content library that can be reused in future opportunities as applicable•Gather and evaluate data from internal portals, engagement teams, and leverage standard templates to deliver high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines•Collaborate with onshore teams to establish a repository of recent client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and marketing collateral•Ensure that all relevant documents are added to the repository/Microsoft SharePoint and track status to meet project deadlines•Create professional and visually appealing presentations/proposals that meet end clients' expectations and adhere to the KPMG Brand Guidelines•Maintain a relentless focus on customer-centricity, and leverage excellent problem-solving skills to simplify complex business problems•Identify process improvement opportunities and explore automation possibilities to minimize manual efforts and increase overall project efficiencyEducational qualifications
•BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred.Work experience
•Graduates with 2-4 years or postgraduates with 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/ Bid Management within key technology companies.Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Should have intermediate or advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge, and basic level MS Excel concepts•Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)•Passionate about delivering excellent quality service•High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network•Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and working in a team, excellent relationship development skills•Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalitiesPreferred technical & functional skills
