Group Product Manager, YouTube Live Living Room

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  
• 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  
• 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innvoationof YouTube (YT) Live Third Party (3P) creation ecosystem and Living Room live experience.
• Define and own a strategy, product goals, roadmap, and definitions of success. Partner closely with various teams around YT and Google to achieve your goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption, incl product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Assess performance of your products via experimentation, user research and other analytical modeling. Iterate to drive further hypotheses and product ideation based on insights.
• Grow and develop a high-performing product team by attracting, growing, and retaining the exceptional talent.
