Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Community Analyst to own and scale their Slack community into a hub for builders, researchers, and operators. The role involves architecting engagement loops, managing UGC creators, and converting community engagement into measurable growth and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the Slack community into a high-signal hub for builders, researchers, and operators
- Architect engagement loops to increase retention, depth of conversation, and repeat participation
- Source and manage UGC creators to produce AI-native video, short-form content, and performance-ready creative assets
- Launch and scale an affiliate and referral engine across agencies, recruiters, universities, professors, tutors, job boards, and influencers
- Run outbound partnership sprints — identify targets, pitch, close, and activate partnerships
- Convert community engagement into measurable top-of-funnel growth, attribution, and revenue impact
- Track engagement, conversion metrics, CAC signals, and partner performance; iterate weekly
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to align narrative, positioning, and growth experiments
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating within community-led growth and digital ecosystems
- Experience building and scaling affiliate or referral programs
- Strong instinct for content that drives engagement and distribution
- Experience managing creators, influencers, and UGC pipelines
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- High-ownership, low-ego, fast-execution mindset
- Ability to run multiple growth experiments simultaneously
- Experience in robotics, AI, or STEM ecosystems
- Slack-native community building expertise
- Demonstrated history of turning community initiatives into measurable revenue impact
