Palantir Implementation Engineer

Elios Talent is hiring experienced Palantir Implementation Engineers to support active delivery engagements across manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services. The role involves building and deploying Palantir Foundry pipelines, developing AI-enabled workflows, and partnering closely with clients to ensure adoption and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontology objects, and production-ready applications
• Develop AI-enabled workflows using Palantir AIP capabilities embedded within client environments
• Translate complex operational problems into scalable Foundry solutions — from data ingestion through end-user applications
• Own use cases end-to-end: scope, architect, build, iterate, and launch
• Partner closely with Deployment Strategists and client leadership to ensure post-launch adoption and measurable impact
• Work embedded with client teams (onsite or remote) as part of a high-performance delivery squad

Requirements:

• Hands-on Foundry experience — you've shipped real production solutions
• Experience with Pipeline Builder
• Experience with Contour
• Experience with Object Explorer
• Experience with Workshop
• Experience with Code Repositories
• Strong understanding of ontology-backed applications: Objects, Properties, Relations, Actions
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments
• Strong technical stack: Python
• Strong technical stack: SQL
• Strong technical stack: Spark
• Exposure to AIP Logic, AIP Assist, or AIP Automate is a strong plus
• Palantir certification (any tier) preferred but not required
