[ITO] (GSD) Workday Talent & Performance Specialist (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda is a global travel platform that connects people to destinations and experiences. They are seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Specialist to lead the configuration and maintenance of the Workday Talent & Performance module and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and maintenance of Workday Talent & Performance module, including performance reviews, calibration processes, business process frameworks, and employee review templates
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that enhance employee experience
• Own and manage reporting, calculated fields, and security configurations for all Talent & Performance related requests
• Own documentation and knowledge sharing, including SOPs, configuration guides, and process maps to strengthen team resiliency
• Stay informed on new Workday releases and people technology trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement and automation
• Explore and contribute to other internal tools and technologies beyond Workday, expanding your technical footprint within the People Technology ecosystem
