This role seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong operational and production support expertise to join the Enterprise Archive Team, focusing on data processing, archival workflows, and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Support Enterprise Archive platforms and internal healthcare systems
- Analyze incoming project and application data
- Apply and enforce data standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with project analysts and stakeholders for data preparation
- Execute data indexing and archival workflows
- Track deliverables, risks, issues, and deadlines
- Provide operational and production support for enterprise systems
- Monitor applications and infrastructure health
- Review incidents and drive root cause analysis and resolution
- Support customers during production incidents
- Maintain operational metrics and system documentation
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements
- Contribute to Agile and DevOps practices
- Communicate status updates, risks, and timelines clearly
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Strong operational and production support expertise
- Solid full stack development skills
- Deep UNIX/Linux operational knowledge
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to optimizing systems and workflows in a regulated healthcare environment
- UNIX / Linux & Automation (3–5+ years)
- Server navigation, scripting, automation, troubleshooting
- Strong BASH scripting expertise
- Java, JavaScript
- Spring Boot, Microservices
- Angular
- ASP.NET, C#, C
- 5+ years in production support / operations
- Incident management, monitoring, root cause analysis
- 3–5+ years in process and systems analysis
- Work authorization in the USA that does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
