Innova Solutions is a global technology and business transformation company, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing (Product Specialist) to support e-commerce initiatives. The role involves collaborating with product managers and owners, managing tasks, supporting user acceptance testing, and partnering with UX designers to influence product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist product manager and product owner across multiple digital initiatives within the e-commerce portfolio
- Capture detailed notes, decisions, and recaps from standups, core hour calls, and working sessions to ensure alignment across teams
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), triage bugs, and track tasks in JIRA to maintain product quality and timely delivery
- Prepare and assign tasks for Designers, Copywriters, and Business Analysts in JIRA based on team decisions
- Work closely with internal business units, vendors, and IT teams to execute against strategic plans
- Partner with UX designers and researchers to help define future product strategy in collaboration with the product team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital field
- Experience with JIRA for task tracking and bug triaging
- Prior exposure to product owner responsibilities, including backlog management and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with Agile principles, ceremonies, and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for task tracking, bug triaging, and backlog prioritization
- Strong problem-solving skills paired with creativity to propose innovative solutions
- Skilled in presenting ideas clearly, documenting decisions, and facilitating alignment across teams
