Customer Service Advisor (Airbnb team)

Concentrix is seeking Customer Service Advisors for their Airbnb team. The role involves responding to customer inquiries in Russian and English regarding bookings, cancellations, and other lodging-related queries while providing solutions in collaboration with the Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via text or phone in Russian & English
• Come up with solutions in cooperation with your Team Manager
• Related to bookings, cancellations, or other lodging-related queries
• Work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English
• Ability to answer customer inquiries via text or phone
• Ability to come up with solutions in cooperation with Team Manager
• Willingness to work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday
• Completion of recruitment process which consists of one interview in English with Recruiter and a second, shorter interview with Team Manager in Russian language
• Reference and clear criminal background check if offer is made
