Customer Service Advisor (Airbnb team)

Concentrix is seeking Customer Support Specialists to join their Airbnb team. The role involves answering customer inquiries in Russian and English, providing solutions related to bookings and cancellations, and working in shifts to manage customer support effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via text or phone in Russian & English
• Come up with solutions in cooperation with your Team Manager
• Related to bookings, cancellations, or other lodging-related queries
• Work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English
• Ability to answer customer inquiries via text or phone
• Ability to come up with solutions in cooperation with Team Manager
• Willingness to work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday
• Completion of recruitment process which includes one interview in English and a second interview in Russian
• Reference and clear criminal background check if offer is made
