This role requires analytical expertise and strong communication skills to analyze complex data relationships, identify insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Research industry practices and perform complex data analyses to identify trends, insights, and recommendations
- Present findings through clear written reports, data visualizations, and verbal presentations tailored to non‑technical audiences
- Translate analytical service requests into actionable, business‑facing insights
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned analytical work consistent with established operational metrics and SLAs
- Recommend enhancements to data solutions that support both the Data Analysis Services team and business partners
- Troubleshoot data issues and communicate remediation needs to appropriate platform owners
- Maintain ongoing communication with users, managers, corporate leaders, and vendors to support current initiatives
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and hand off complex tasks when needed
- Mentor assigned team members to support skill development and knowledge growth
- Recommend process improvements and contribute toward a culture of operational excellence
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 2 Year / Associate Degree, required
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business, computer science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare informatics, or related field, required
- Minimum six years relevant experience, required
- Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed
- Solid knowledge/usage of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Solid knowledge/usage of SAP Business Objects Suite, Crystal Reports, and/or other similar business intelligence tools
- Solid knowledge of Excel and other database tools
- Practical knowledge of data in various forms data warehouses/SQL and unstructured data environments in both on premise and cloud environments
- Advanced experience with SQL, R, Python or other advanced data analysis tools
- Experience in statistics and/or data science techniques
- Advanced skills in data manipulation
- Ability to manage multiple projects to achieve organized, on-time results
- Advanced experience with one or more data visualization tools; Power BI Preferred
- Experience with on premise and cloud-based data storage technologies
- Experience working within process management and demonstrating knowledge of data governance and data quality management concepts
- Experience with Business concepts, processes, information, and data
- Comfortable working with large and complex portfolios and data structures and multiple data schemas
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Practical knowledge of MS Office suite of products
- Graduate Degree, preferred
- EPIC or MS Certification, preferred
- Ability to maintain composure and communicate with a varied audience
