LanceSoft Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support healthcare IT reporting and analytics initiatives. This remote position involves working with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, configure analytics solutions, and promote the adoption of IT tools.
Responsibilities:
- Product Implementation & Configuration: Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, configure analytics solutions, maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics, and support system integrations
- Product Support: Act as a subject matter expert for analytics applications, assist with upgrades, troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize solutions, and communicate technical information clearly to business users
- Product Engagement & Adoption: Promote awareness and adoption of IT tools, gather user feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs, create job aids and user guides, and conduct virtual sessions for end users and IT staff
- Vendor Management: Serve as primary contact for assigned vendors, coordinate meetings, monitor performance, and track SLAs
- Other Duties: Participate in activities to enhance knowledge and skills, including training, meetings, and system updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Epic integrated reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Registries, Analytics Catalog)
- 2+ years participating in Epic upgrades, testing, and validation for reporting functionality
- 2+ years experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases
- 1+ years building and maintaining Epic reports and dashboards for clinical, financial, and operational users
- 1+ years supporting self-service analytics tools and training end users
- 1+ years writing SQL queries
- 3+ years working with vendors and cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system or reporting issues
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Epic reporting and analytics expertise
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with clinical or operational healthcare IT systems
- Training and documentation development experience
- Vendor management experience
