LHH is seeking a Program Manager Non-Tech 2 for a 3-month contract position. The role involves applying alarm management principles and strong data analysis to drive teams toward resolution and sustained improvement within an industrial or critical infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience with applied Alarm Management Lifecycle Experience
- The candidate must have hands-on experience applying alarm management principles across the full lifecycle — including rationalization, audits, reviews, and ongoing monitoring — within an industrial or critical infrastructure environment
- This is nonnegotiable. General PM or pure engineering experience alone is insufficient
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience with Strong Data Analysis → Action Translation Analyze alarm data
- Identify meaningful patterns and systemic issues
- Translate findings into clear, prioritized actions
- Drive teams to resolution and sustained improvement
- The role is about deciding what matters, not just reporting what exists
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience with cross Functional Leadership Without Direct Authority
- The candidate must demonstrate
- Proven ability to lead engineering, operations, and vendor teams without owning technical delivery
- Comfort enforcing standards and closing actions
- Ability to challenge 'we need more data' or 'this is just how the system works' narratives
