They are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to bring their brand to life through visually compelling design across various formats and channels, while supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality on brand creative for digital and print, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and event materials
- Design visual assets for thought leadership content such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, and reports
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language
- Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to design assets for integrated campaigns, paid media, and account-based marketing programs
- Create compelling visuals for blogs, social posts, and digital ads that drive engagement and conversion
- Optimize designs for performance across digital platforms, ensuring responsive and user-friendly experiences
- Work with the Creative team to translate strategic direction into compelling visual solutions
- Partner with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver assets that align with campaign objectives and messaging
- Collaborate with developers and external vendors to ensure seamless use of brand and design
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches that push the boundaries of our brand identity
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output innovative and competitive
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts for campaigns and projects
- Review and refine designs to ensure flawless execution and optimal user experience
- Prepare final files for production across digital and print formats
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
