Accendra Health is dedicated to simplifying healthcare by delivering essential products and services. The Customer Service Representative provides a positive customer service experience by educating patients on products, addressing concerns, and processing orders in a high-volume inbound call center.
Responsibilities:
- Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
- Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
- Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
- Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team
- Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Ability to learn our brand products and therapies
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
- Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience
- Call center experience preferred
