About this role
CereCore is seeking a Systems Engineer to support system deployments, troubleshooting, and day-to-day infrastructure operations across mid to large size business environments. The role involves managing hardware setups, overseeing server infrastructure, and assisting with project management.
Responsibilities:
- Stage and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, and related hardware
- Manage Active Directory: user accounts, access permissions, group policies
- Support clinical/medical application integrations and troubleshoot system issues
- Resolve access issues across Windows environments, NAS/SAN storage, and servers
- Oversee and support server infrastructure across all server types
- Assist with small-scale project management, coordinating tasks and timelines
- Handle system outages and maintenance windows
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows systems, AD administration, and device deployment
- Understanding of NAS/SAN environments and server troubleshooting
- Experience with Printers, Scanners and other peripherals
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a small-team setting
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with clinical/medical application workflows
