Bimeda is a leading global innovator in veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal health products. The Marketing Manager, Omni Channel is responsible for driving the company's digital growth strategy by developing and executing initiatives to enhance online revenue and customer engagement across e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage an e‑commerce marketing strategy that supports defined sales and growth goals
- Define online sales objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks to guide ongoing optimization
- Launch and support online sales initiatives for new products and programs in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Work with internal and external partners including affiliates, agencies and platform teams to expand digital reach and revenue opportunities
- Oversee online advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., paid search, social, display), ensuring campaigns are performance‑driven and aligned with business priorities
- Monitor and optimize product listings, site content and navigation to improve visibility, user experience and conversion rates
- Recommend content optimization strategies using insights from SEO, SEM, consumer behavior and competitive research
- Utilize e‑commerce and web analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategic adjustments
- Research and implement enhancements to the online customer journey to improve engagement, retention and ease of purchase
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to produce compelling, accurate and brand‑aligned digital content
- Align messaging, product positioning and promotional strategies with both Bimeda Food Animal and Equine marketing teams
- Maintain awareness of emerging e‑commerce technologies, tools and best practices to keep Bimeda competitive
- Track and analyze e‑commerce marketing performance metrics; present insights and recommendations to leadership
- Use data to create, refine and evolve strategic plans, ensuring decisions are grounded in performance trends and internal goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, IT, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in e‑commerce management or digital marketing, with direct responsibility for online revenue growth
- Understanding of the U.S. animal health distribution network and dynamics between traditional distributors and e‑commerce channels
- Strong knowledge of animal health online sales platforms and digital selling strategies
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, digital advertising and social media marketing
- Proficiency with web analytics and e‑commerce tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills including experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
