Ventura TRAVEL is a group of specialized travel brands that focuses on providing authentic travel experiences. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will prepare customers for their journeys and support them with any unexpected issues, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Service as the primary contact for travelers prior to departure
- Communicate with travelers by email and phone in a helpful and friendly manner
- Achieve monthly and quarterly customer satisfaction goals
- Prepare travelers for their upcoming trip in a video meeting
- Ensure that all travel documents are thorough, complete and accurate
- Organize transfers, flights and additional service to ensure every detail is arranged
- Address passenger emergencies during trips and assist with claims processing afterward
- Use AI tools to save time and improve how you work
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong and proven results
- Strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy at every step
- Stay calm and focused, even in emergencies or stressful situations
- Think creatively and always keep the traveler's needs front and center
- Use digital tools to work smarter, not harder – and are open to new ones
- Team player and communicate clearly and respectfully
- Speak and write French fluently, and are confident in English as well
- Willing to take on emergency shifts (24/7) during travel seasons
- Experience in the travel industry
- Familiarity with digital tools like CRMs or booking platforms
- Experience working with different types of clients
