About this role
Swoon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help design and scale AI-enabled and agentic workflows across global operations. The ideal candidate will operate credibly in AI-first platform environments and shape intelligent solutions alongside engineering, focusing on redesigning workflows and supporting AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Redesign operational workflows assuming AI capability exists
- Define human-in-the-loop guardrails and governance controls
- Lead process mapping and value stream optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, integrations, and system impacts
- Design measurable pilots and define success metrics (speed, quality, scale)
- Support AI adoption and change enablement across global teams
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in business analysis, digital transformation, or intelligent automation
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, RPA, or low-code platforms
- Strong architectural awareness (data flows, integrations, system dependencies)
- Comfort discussing LLM limitations, evaluation models, and AI governance
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
