BISSELL Homecare is a company focused on homecare solutions, and they are seeking a Business Process Re-engineering Manager to lead and facilitate business process analysis and improvement efforts. The role involves developing project plans, conducting process analysis, and ensuring effective communication and documentation of processes.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and/or lead the business process analysis, design, reengineering and documentation function for assigned projects throughout the company. Work with department management and executive team to determine and execute priorities
- Develop business process reengineering project plans in consultation with business partners and identify, define, and secure required resources
- Conduct and/or facilitate business process analysis efforts using structured methodologies such as process mapping, network analysis, etc. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand current business processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes; define process ownership, RACI models, and sustainment plans; communicate with management on business process plans
- Define and maintain process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN, naming conventions, version control, approval workflows)
- Develop or facilitate the development of new or reengineered business processes and ensure integration of new processes. Responsible for complex process analysis, design, and simulation. Identify opportunities for workflow digitization and automation
- Responsible to ensure accurate and quality process / playbook documentation as well as effective communication with business partners of assigned projects
- Work with department management and participate in the development of strategic plans for continuous improvement efforts, and work with business and financial partners to develop detailed rate of return on recommended process improvements
- Coordinate with Training department on required training / re-training program design and delivery
- Design and train Organizational Change Management tools, ensuring new and improved processes are implemented successfully throughout impacted teams
- Serve as BPM software platform co-owner, responsible for governance, configuration standards, and administration
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to align BPM tools with enterprise systems and architecture
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure process performance, adoption, and compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Eight (8) years progressive experience in business process analysis, design, and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across functions at all levels of the organization
- Strong facilitation, presentation, project management, and change management skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding in analyzing business processes and workflows; strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and/or automation
- Experience facilitating executive and SME workshops
- Strong understanding of strategic planning processes and experience in developing and implementing process frameworks
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority
- Ability to develop expert understanding of process mapping software capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, up to 35% if position is remote
- Organizational Change Management experience highly preferred
- Management consulting, manufacturing, and/or retail experience preferred
- Experience with creating and implementing business process frameworks preferred
- Familiarity with BPM software tools and concepts, and experience with bpmn preferred
