Location Overview: This position is located at our Green House facility. GREEN HOUSE® Residences–Memory Care Homes are freestanding homes, each with state of the art amenities and 7,000 square feet of living space, uniquely designed to cater to the needs of our Elders. Our homes provide assisted living care and services under an Extended Care Congregate (ECC) license. Located on 115 acres of green space, our Elders are surrounded by the peace and tranquility that nature has to offer. Although we offer a real home setting, being a part of Bartram Campus affords us the opportunity of being part of the Bartram Lakes community. Our dedicated team of professionals includes 24-hour nursing who are care partners with a specialized knowledge and skillset for providing care to Elders with advanced dementia. Position Summary: A Shahbaz provides care to elders living at The Green House® Residences at Bartram Park. The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture the elders by providing assistance with activities of daily living and facilitate a meaningful life through engagement.
