Derq is an MIT spinoff building AI-powered traffic safety and smart infrastructure. The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth in the U.S. Southeast market by selling intelligent transportation solutions to government agencies and partners, executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Being proficient with Derq’s systems and software solutions
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Manage a network of business partners and distribution channels
- Monitor and support in responding to relevant RFPs and RFIs
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Represent Derq at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements
- Maintain CRM records for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
