Pay range:

 $24.15/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven Quality Assurance Lead who’s ready to take ownership, guide a talented team, and help us maintain the highest standards of product excellence. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy solving complex challenges, this role will give you the opportunity to shine.

 

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot complex product quality issues with confidence and accuracy
• Coordinate and assign daily work for the QA team, ensuring clarity on priorities and procedures
• Mentor, train, and evaluate team members while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Keep your team fully utilized by supporting cleaning, rework, facility improvements, and other hands‑on tasks
• Document problems, solutions, and procedures with precision; complete all required Technical Services reports
• Maintain lab equipment, monitor chemical inventory, and order supplies as needed
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors across all plant areas
• Step in to perform technician and blender duties when needed
• Ensure full compliance with personal and product safety, the Food Safety Plan, GMPs, and all company policies
