
Under the Direction of the Assistant VP, Ambulatory Services, responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the operations of the Totowa Health Campus & SJH Urgent Care practices. Works collaboratively with the Department Chairs and Chiefs, physicians, other clinicians and various department directors, and practice managers to develop and implement strategic plans focused on the growth and development of the Totowa Health Campus clinical programs. Ensures partnership across all services provided on the campus, community outreach and daily oversight of operations. Accountable for the operational performance, (service, quality, financial) of the Totowa Health Campus and fostering an environment of positive physician, patient and employee relations. Works to achieve goals and objectives that support the SJH mission and strategic plan.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration or closely related field. Master's degree preferred. Seven to ten years of work related experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems. Requires the ability to oversee and direct other members of management across multiple disciplines. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other leaders.
