What You’ll Love About This Role
Total Compensation
- Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + student loan support) - Productivity incentives up to $2,500/month

In This Role, You Will
- Provide personalized, hands-on outpatient physical therapy
- Develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient’s goals
- Deliver evidence-based, functional, and manual therapy interventions
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients and community members
- Document efficiently using cutting-edge EMR tools
- Maintain all federal, state, and payer compliance requirements
You Bring
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA-accredited program
- Active (or eligible) New Mexico PT license
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Dry Needling Certification is a plus (not required)
