About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the sales team’s success—providing essential administrative support to Design Consultants and sales staff throughout the entire sales process. You’ll help keep everything organized and on track by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and ensuring information is up to date in our systems and files. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in supporting a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
General Summary of Position
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Design Consultants and sales staff throughout all aspects of the sales process. This includes maintaining accurate records in the database and in files (hard copy and electronic).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certifications
Years of Experience
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or related experience in similar department/function in a high-paced/high volume environment.
Required Skills & Abilities
Excellent organizational skills, customer service orientation, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
Problem solving abilities.
Travel Requirements

Proven ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
Works independently.
