JOB SUMMARY
The UTEX Specialist I assists clients with inquiries in a compassionate, timely, and professional manner. These individuals facilitate the approval of caregiver time shift information for timely payment and billing. In addition, they meet customer service objectives to ensure positive business growth and development. The UTEX Specialist I supports day-to-day operations and client advocacy and promote cohesiveness in the office environment. Assist clients with inquiries in a compassionate, timely, and professional manner.

• Complete UTEX queues within the established deadlines
• Complete CRM tasks within the established deadlines
• Bilingual preferred
• Other duties as assigned

 
QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• No previous experience needed
• Be able to successfully pass a background screening
• Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
