About the Role
Reporting to the National Bid Manager, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bid Co-ordinator to support in the delivery and completion of high-quality bid and tender submissions for a national and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Complete written tailored bid responses, ensuring themes, strategies and service solutions are clearly and concisely communicated.
· Gather Information from internal and external stakeholders to assist with methodology development.
· Ensure alignment of bid responses with the value proposition and critical themes are clearly defined.
· Assist in developing company, industry and client content for use in the knowledge library.
· Preparation of industry research and analysis of clients and their business environment
· Actively participate in team meetings, solutions, discussion and sessions
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience as a Tender/Bid Coordinator is essential.
· Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is required.
· Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to understand and decipher complex information.
· Strong research and analytical skills
· Posses a collaborative working style, with the ability to identify client needs and preferences.
· Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
