General Information 

Our Supply Chain Execution is managing the supply and demand of various footprints of VBC.

A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from the earliest possible date for a duration of 6 months.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Updating and monitoring departmental dashboards such as blocked stock, inventory monitoring, and other operational KPIs
• Analyzing data from production plants and SAP to support operations
• Providing user training on new dashboards and reporting tools
• Preparing reports, documentation, and presentation materials for management decision making
• Supporting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards

 

Your Qualifications

• Studies in the field of Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
• Fluency in both English and German
• Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
• Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
