Tax and Accounting officer (Contract)

Your Key Responsibilities

• To assist the tax document for monthly tax and tax audit support.
• Check completeness and correctness of the withholding tax and certificate.
• Reconcile GL account relevant to withholding tax and VAT.
• Prepare data PND.3, 53 for upload to RD Prep program.
• Submit PND.3, 53, 54, PP.30, 36 to RD website.
• Print receipt and filing.
• Check the contain particulars of original tax invoice.
• Check completeness and correctness of the original tax invoice.
• Check correctness of the VAT report and perpare the docuemnt support.
• Request the withholding tax certificate in English (RO.01) to The Revenue Department.
• Prepare the inventory destruction letter to The Revenue Department.
• Forecast tax payment.
• Support document to tax audit.
• Prepare Royalty calculation.
• Prepare GTC Compliance card.
• Responsible for other tasks assigned.

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor's defree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation.
• Standard knowledge of taxation: WHT, VAT, CIT.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are desired. 
• Good communication skills, comfortable in using English.
• Organized, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
