As a Senior Consultant Smart Manufacturing, you will independently manage multiple customer projects with international top-tier manufacturing companies and take ownership of converting them from pilot engagements into long-term SaaS partnerships.
You will be a key driver in bringing the IQA Lean Copilot and the latest technologies into real-world operations
delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability for our customers.
Your focus will be on maximizing and clearly demonstrating the value IQA creates for our customers.
You will ensure the successful implementation of IQA and demonstrate its long-term impact by highlighting its strategic importance and embedding it into day-to-day operations – helping our customers build future-proof, lean and sustainable manufacturing operations.
You will work across teams to maximize customer impact with IQA and play a key part in ONIQ’s overall success.

Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
Strong customer focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
Profound experience working in operations consulting, production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or similar
International experience and a strong awareness of regional business practices, combined with the ability to tailor communication strategies accordingly
Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings or industry events (typically 2-4 on-site meetings per month)
