Requirements
About the Role:
● The Operations Executive / Sr. Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring service quality, technician capability, material readiness, and compliance through hands-on supervision, audits, and performance monitoring across assigned service areas.
● The incumbent will report to the AOM/OM/ABM/BM. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Core Operations
● Ensure availability of trained & certified technicians as per guidelines.
● Coach technicians to improve service quality, retention, and SOP compliance.
● Conduct daily stand-up meetings; communicate safety & job-specific instructions.
● Ensure availability of tools, materials, and proper stock management as per SOP.
● Monitor SCP usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide refresher training.
● Ensure Partner Kit & on-site documentation are contractually compliant.
● Conduct customer visits/week (Surprise, Route rides, Audits, Complaints). - based on the target
● Maintain grooming standards and service quality of assigned technicians.
● Ensure data entries in iCABS during manpower gaps to meet branch KPIs.
● Approve technician conveyance; ensure STT and route plan adherence.
● Ensure RPCI SOPs are complied with and any deviations that are necessary should be adequately approved in advance.
B. Advanced Operations
● Conduct Pest Audits (PMI) as per iCABS (QSRs & small accounts).
● Execute 1 TPA + 1 development plan annually per technician.
● Analyse & resolve service delivery issues; ensure timely complaint resolution with root cause closure.
● Monitor technician-wise CO trends; skill-up underperformers.
● Ensure audit non-conformity closures (internal/external).
● Track material usage vs. SRF/SOW; highlight deviations.
● Maintain stock levels aligned with APL and reduce near-expiry wastage.
● Drive service & product leads through coaching and on-the-job support.
● Monitor service productivity, efficiency, and input costs across sites.
● Support grievance handling, leave planning, and team discipline.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
● Minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture
● Prior experience in pest management or service operations is preferred
● Proficient MS-Office / G-Suite
