JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of digital healthcare experiences.
• In this role, associate will leverage your design expertise to craft intuitive, inclusive, and intelligent user interfaces that solve real-world problems.
• Associate will play a key role in driving user-centered design strategies, integrating AI-powered features, and contributing to scalable design systems that align with our mission to simplify healthcare.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Conduct end-to-end user research, including contextual inquiries, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and delightful.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Visual Designers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Apply DesignOps principles, leveraging AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve design consistency and scalability.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, integrating intelligent components and ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment.
• Design AI-powered interfaces, including predictive UX, conversational UI (chatbots), and intelligent automation experiences.
• Utilize AI-driven research and analytics tools to uncover user behavior patterns, generate insights, and validate design hypotheses.
• Implement data-driven design approaches, incorporating insights from analytics, A/B testing, and machine learning models to iterate and optimize solutions.
• Advocate for inclusive and ethical design, ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG), privacy-conscious design, and equitable user experiences.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools (e.g., Figma AI) and methodologies, and actively share knowledge within the team.
• Document design processes, decisions, and research findings to foster transparency, scalability, and team learning.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum education: Graduation Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements:
• Certification in UX Preferred education: B.Des, M.Des, Psychology

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum experience. 3 Years
• Preferred experience. 3-6 years  

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with AI-enhanced design platforms
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience with designing intelligent interfaces, including chatbots, recommendation systems, and adaptive UI.
• Knowledge of DesignOps, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong grasp of accessibility standards, inclusive design, and ethical considerations in digital product development.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
