UX/UI Designer

DataAnnotation is focused on training and improving AI models through design expertise. The UX/UI Designer will assess and enhance how AI systems understand and generate design work, providing feedback to refine the models' aesthetics and usability.

Responsibilities:

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required
