TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join Computershare’s National Campaigns Team. The role involves assisting shareholders with voting questions and guiding them through various processes during the critical Spring Proxy Season.
Responsibilities:
- Assist shareholders with voting questions and guide them through online, phone, or mail processes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
- Provide information on ballot items (board elections, mergers, executive compensation, etc.)
- Support annual meetings by helping with registration, vote tabulation, and reporting
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center
- Outbound call experience within the last 24 months
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts verbatim
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
