Global Technical Talent is an Inc. 5000 Company seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the Client delivery side of the WorkNEXT Chat AI and Co‐Resolve initiatives. The role involves planning, coordination, governance, and ensuring alignment among internal teams and stakeholders while managing vendor execution and providing visibility into project progress and risks.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Client project lead for WorkNEXT Chat AI and Co‐Resolve
- Own Client‐side planning, execution oversight, and delivery from proof of concept through production rollout
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities
- Coordinate and track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate cross‐functional alignment across EUC, Service Desk, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
- Manage Client‐side RAID and ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
- Provide clear, consistent status reporting and participate in executive‐level updates
- Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and delivery artifacts
- Support additional operations or service desk initiatives as needed (no people management)
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives
- PMP or comparable project management certification
- Expertise in SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong experience managing the client‐side of vendor‐led implementations
- Proven ability to coordinate cross‐functional teams and external partners
- Experience delivering AI, automation, digital workplace, or service management solutions
- Familiarity with AI‐driven service desk, conversational AI, or co‐resolution platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing proof of concept to pilot to production transitions
- Background in end‐user services, digital workplace, or IT operations programs
