The Speaker Bureau Project Manager will guide client projects from concept through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance while managing all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Leading marketing program execution from kick-off to final reconciliation
• Building strong client, vendor, and team relationships
• Managing budgets, timelines, and high-level project logistics
• Creating and presenting clear, insightful reports to drive strategic growth
• Navigating compliance guidelines while keeping projects moving smoothly

Requirements:
