FinditParts is a disruptive heavy-duty truck and vehicle parts marketplace seeking a Lifecycle & Influence Marketing Manager to lead their email and influencer programs. The role involves executing and scaling marketing strategies that drive revenue and enhance brand presence through collaboration and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of email marketing, including campaign operations, automated flows, segmentation, and analysis
- Build and maintain enterprise lifecycle flows tailored to high-intent, high-repeat business customers in EMS & CRM
- Partner with the Salesforce Admin to create AI-assisted personalization and automated 1:1 messaging from sales and support
- Develop segmented triggers based on customer behavior, purchase cycle, and product interest
- Build and execute a content roadmap for FinditParts Pro: value-add campaigns, education, and retention messaging
- Optimize every element of email performance including send frequency, deliverability, creative, and CTA performance
- Collaborate with Content and Sales teams to ensure messages align with product launches, offers, and industry trends
- Track and report channel KPIs on revenue contribution, retention impact, and customer lifecycle health
- Scale our influencer pilot into a high-functioning, mature 2026 operation that delivers significant, predictable revenue growth
- Recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators across trucking culture, how-to education, and parts expertise
- Full ownership of content briefing, product seeding logistics, messaging consistency, and posting cadence
- Manage the commission-based payment structure through platforms like CJ and expand creator-specific sub-programs
- Strategically repurpose influencer content for use in email, social, landing pages, paid media ads, and brand storytelling
- Build an always-on pipeline of compelling content that reinforces trust, solidifies expertise, and builds cultural relevance
- Provide detailed reporting on channel revenue, (ROAS), cohort composition (new vs returning customers), and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Content, and BI to align campaigns with customer needs and business priorities
- Support internal marketing initiatives requiring email or creator content support
- Work with the VP of Marketing to iterate on strategy, implement best practices, and shape long-term growth plans
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years in lifecycle/email marketing, influencer marketing, or similar hands-on growth roles
- Proven ability to build automated email flows, segment audiences, optimize deliverability, and measure performance
- Experience managing influencers/creators—either directly or via affiliate platforms (e.g., CJ)
- Comfort using ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills: can interpret channel performance and adjust based on insights
- Ability to multitask across campaigns and channels with speed, consistency, and accuracy
- Excellent communication and project management skills, working cross-functionally with Sales, BI, and CS teams
- Hands-on design ability (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) for email and asset creation
- Experience in automotive, trucking, aftermarket parts, or enthusiast markets
