ServiceNow is a global market leader in Information Technology and Services, striving to make the world work better through innovative technology. They are seeking a Program Manager to enhance the Sales New Hire Experience programs by managing onboarding processes, ensuring content accuracy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of monthly updates and bi-annual program releases, including QA, UAT coordination, documentation, and readiness tracking in tools like Intrepid
- Maintain program documentation, release notes, and update logs
- Identify and escalate risks or defects that impact learner experience
- Present and lead change management projects, presenting delta and facilitating training to sales trainers as needed
- Co-build and develop strategic content elements, configuring modules and learning experiences within Intrepid (and/or similar cohort-based learning platforms)
- Partner with Intrepid Admin to resolve technical issues, respond to content intake requests and maintain content accuracy
- Execute custom learning experiences and pathway updates leveraging Adobe Illustrator and other curriculum tools
- Implement curriculum updates provided by program strategy and content teams
- Ensure learning materials, links, simulations, and session content are current and properly configured
- Support facilitator and learner readiness for upcoming cohorts
- Collaborate on building QA processes aligned to program strategy
- Partner with Global Learning & GTM Program Success teams, as well as content owners, and systems teams to align timelines and dependencies
- Communicate status updates and escalate blockers appropriately
- Own project-based socialization, timelines and communication cross-functionally - lead planning conversations aligned to broader strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, program coordination, learning operations, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Intrepid (or similar cohort-based learning platforms)
- Working knowledge of LMS operations, including enrollments, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to curate content and exposure to creative learning tools is a plus (Articulate, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Aptitude to thriving in ambiguity and an AI first mindset
- Experience supporting structured program releases or large-scale onboarding initiatives
- Practiced ability presenting and leading change management conversations
- Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
