Healthbay is seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to align marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social media)
- Oversee content strategy, branding, and messaging consistency
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for ROI
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing budget and forecast performance
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members and external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must reside in the United States and have valid U.S. work authorization
- Experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience managing paid advertising budgets
- Strong leadership and project management skills
