The Senior Acquisition Marketing Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts to provide strategic insights on customer acquisition efforts, directly influencing budget allocation and long-term growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts, covering topics across the customer acquisition funnel
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Own and evolve attribution frameworks across digital and offline channels
- Develop incrementality and impact measurement strategies across channels
- Manage and optimize MMP integrations (e.g., AppsFlyer) to ensure accurate performance tracking
- Partner with internal marketing and external agency teams to validate tracking, resolve discrepancies, and improve signal quality
- Build and maintain acquisition forecasting models to support budget allocation and scenario planning
- Define and measure new customer quality metrics
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data & analytics
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or acquisition strategy
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts
- Deep experience with acquisition measurement across a broad media mix
- Hands-on experience with MMP platforms (AppsFlyer strongly preferred)
- Experience working with agency partners and external vendors
- Proven experience building forecasting models and measuring incrementality
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL
- Tableau (strongly preferred) or similar BI tool
- Excel
- Python (preferred for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis)
- Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product)
- Comfortable balancing hands-on work with team leadership
