Technical Agile Project Manager - Remote - NYC

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical understanding to ensure successful execution from initiation to delivery, focusing on Agile Delivery and DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects from start to finish
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards
• Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure projects are delivered within scope
• Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders effectively
• Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/SAFe Agile (preferred)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
