Hubbell Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer of high quality electrical and utility solutions. They are seeking a Senior Manager for HUS Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a team in delivering robust reporting and analytical solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions
- Maintain a roadmap of reporting initiatives and manage requests, prioritization, and delivery
- Represent HUS at the enterprise level, collaborating with Corporate and HES leadership to align and establish best practices
- Visualize methods that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, cost optimization, and inventory performance
- Establish and lead the HUS Power BI developer community to define and communicate reporting standards
- Establish and lead the HUS Power User community to ensure solutions usability meet the business needs, will driving awareness, adoption and effective training for all reporting tools
- Recommend improvements to enterprise IT tools and collaborate with HUBS IT to ensure infrastructure remains current and effective
- Ensure data integrity, governance and quality
- Ensure semantic data models are robust, scalable, and built to high technical standards. Data sources include SAP, and other external sources
- Oversee Power BI report development to ensure consistency, accuracy, and actionable insights
- Manage the HUS Operations Support team to deliver the following: Provide metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance of key operational processes
- Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into process health and actionable insights for decision-making
- Provide training and effective communications to ensure available metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytics tools are understood and used across all of HUS Operations to manage processes appropriately
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP across multiple functional areas (sales, production, purchasing, finance)
- Strong understanding of end to end supply chain processes (Plan, Make, Source, Delivery) and SAP
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization
- Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), MS SQL, and Excel
- Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data transformations
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical insights
- Experience with SharePoint data integration and management
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
