Enable data-driven decision-making across the Design organization.
Provide tactical and operational support across planning, reporting, workforce analytics, dashboard development, and project performance visibility.
Oversee the Design Dashboard ecosystem and ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable reporting across all Newbuild design projects and portfolios.
Support the Design Planning & Analytics data strategy.
Own the Design Dashboard and maintain portfolio-wide reporting frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Architecture/Design, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
7+ years experience in reporting, analytics, project management, or PMO roles.
Experience with Workfront, Power BI, or project reporting tools.
Experience supporting large multi-disciplinary programs preferred.
Analytical skills; dashboard creation; data modeling.
Proficient in relevant project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Power BI, Adobe Workfront, APIs, Tableau, Alteryx)
