Venon Solutions is seeking an Intune Engineer, a role designed for individuals residing in Latin America. The main responsibilities include managing devices using Microsoft Intune, providing technical support, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device onboarding, configuration, and management
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management solutions
- Experience with Windows 10/11 device setup and support
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues across end-user devices
- Experience working with support ticketing systems and managing backlogs
- Experience with cloud-based device management platforms
- Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
- Experience with customer communication and end-user interaction
Requirements:
- B2 English level or higher to ensure fluent communication with stakeholders / teams
