Senior Director of Product Management

Nerdio is a company dedicated to simplifying the lives of IT professionals and maximizing their Microsoft cloud investments. The Senior Director of Product Management is responsible for driving innovation, platform strategy, and AI-enabled product development, focusing on research-led discovery and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research-driven discovery and innovation across core platform areas
• Identify, incubate, and validate new product concepts and intelligent automation opportunities
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform vision and defensibility
• Champion AI-assisted product development across discovery, design, and delivery
• Partner with engineering on AI-powered capabilities such as recommendations, automation, and copilots
• Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and enterprise trust
• Act as a senior leader across Engineering, Architecture, Design, GTM, and Support
• Collaborate with Microsoft and ecosystem partners on joint innovation
• Influence portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions
• Drive initiatives from problem framing through delivery and iteration
• Define success via outcome-based metrics such as OKRs and adoption signals
• Ensure clarity of vision, priorities, and expectations across teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
• Proven leadership in product discovery, R&D, and platform strategy
• Strong technical fluency and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience applying AI/ML or AI-assisted tooling in product development
• Background in enterprise IT, cloud management, or endpoint administration
• Expertise with Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365 ecosystems
