Senior Product Designer, AI Platform

Vanta is a company dedicated to helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer for their AI Platform to enhance user experiences and collaborate with product teams to improve workflows and design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and expand the Agentic experiences to meet the evolving needs of the Vanta platform
• Create and maintain high-quality AI patterns
• Pair and collaborate with product teams on improving workflows
• Help define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering
• Bring the latest thinking to help enable our EPD organization at large

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI tooling
• Healthy skepticism and a critical lens on AI tooling
• 6+ years experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, UI/UX design, and system thinking, and high visual craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
