Senior Product Designer, AI Platform

Vanta is a company dedicated to helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring. They are seeking an experienced Senior AI Platform Designer to enhance and expand their Agentic experiences, collaborating with product teams to improve workflows and define an iterative experimentation playbook.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and expand the Agentic experiences to meet the evolving needs of the Vanta platform
• Create and maintain high-quality AI patterns
• Pair and collaborate with product teams on improving workflows
• Help define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering
• Bring the latest thinking to help enable our EPD organization at large

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI tooling
• Healthy skepticism and a critical lens on AI tooling
• 6+ years experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, UI/UX design, and system thinking, and high visual craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
