SkinSpirit is a top destination for aesthetic skincare and body, celebrating 20 years of excellence. They are seeking a highly strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead their multi-channel acquisition efforts and enhance their digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SkinSpirit’s paid media strategy across current and emerging platforms, ensuring strong new client acquisition and efficient cost management
- Oversee paid media budgeting, including forecasting and spend optimization to maximize ROI
- Lead SkinSpirit’s website strategy and performance – including roadmap prioritization, site functionality, SEO strategy, landing page development, and CRO
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable dashboards and recommendations that influence strategy, creative development, channel investments, and experimentation priorities
- Evaluate and test emerging platforms, formats and measurement frameworks to unlock new growth opportunities and expand reach
- Lead, mentor, and elevate an internal team of three while overseeing agency partners across paid media, SEO, and analytics
- Drive the exploration and integration of AI tools and automation to enhance speed, insight generation, creative iteration, and operational efficiency across the digital team
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with a track record of driving growth in a DTC environment
- Deep expertise across core paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, market insights, and audience trends to guide strategy
- Experience leading web performance and CRM/lifecycle strategy in a multi-location context
- Ability to set long-term vision and dive into the details to support the team in execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and present to senior leaders
- Deep curiosity and a passion for staying current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and changing platform dynamics
- Bachelor's degree required
