The role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the US Direct Real Estate platform. The position ensures the CIO’s office runs efficiently by managing day to day priorities, coordinating investment related activities, and serving as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners.
You’ll work closely with the US Real Estate investment leadership team, supporting the Chief Investment Officer and partnering with colleagues in research, analytics and portfolio management. This role is based in our New York office and is intended to be performed on a predominantly full time, in office basis.
• ideally 5+ years of experience in executive support, administrative roles, or project coordination, or project management
• a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• strong experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced business environment
• excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• experience coordinating meetings, projects or business initiatives
• confidence working with standard business tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
